President Trump just got a huge win in Federal court. The Democrats likewise suffered a massive defeat. The left has literally thrown everything but the kitchen sink at Trump to derail his presidency.
Hasn’t worked and won’t work. Because we are still a nation ruled by laws and while the left screams the sky is falling over every Trump action, just remember when they have power, they act the same.
Maybe not as bold and as transparent as Trump, but behind the scenes they weld their power in ways that would enrage even their gullible followers.
That is politics and there is no cure save to not to be hypocrites when the other side is in power.
Difficult for the Democrats to be sure (and some in the GOP) but they will eventually learn their lesson.
They keep getting shellacked in court and today Trump scored a huge win. Maryland and DC were suing Trump under the emoluments clause in the constitution because his hotel is for profit and foreign dignitaries stay there.
It should be noted that we elected Trump knowing he was a businessman and he did get a favo0rable ruling from within the government that said he did not have to divest his hotel.
Keep in mind the US government owns the hotel and the land, Trump has a contract to operate the hotel and if he is making money so is the US government.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday won the dismissal of a lawsuit against him by Maryland and the District of Columbia that challenged payments made to his Washington hotel by foreigners while he has been in the White House.
A three-judge panel in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in a decision said that Maryland and D.C. do not have legal standing “to pursue their claims against the president” that he violated the emoluments clause of the U.S. Constitution.
The panel question said the interest in Washington and Maryland “in enforcing the Emoluments Clauses is so attenuated and abstract that their prosecution of this case readily provokes the question of whether this action against the President is an appropriate use of the courts, which were created to resolve real cases and controversies between the parties.”
The appeals panel ordered a federal district court judge in Maryland to dismiss the suit against Trump with prejudice, which would bar them from relaunching the action.
