House Speaker Nancy Pelosi went viral for saying on video that she would happily go to jail if she could punch out then-President Donald Trump. Pelosi’s daughter who is a documentary filmmaker filmed her mother making the statement.
Pelosi and her team were watching Trump’s speech at the Capitol Ellipse where he said he would join his fans as they marched to the Capitol. Pelosi was not pleased but an aide told her not to worry as Secret Service did not believe they could protect Trump if he came so they would try to stop him from making the short trip.
Pelosi then told aides if Trump followed through on his promise and overruled the Secret Service she would greet Trump with a punch to the nose. She said: “Tell him if he comes here, we’re going to the White House.
“I hope he comes. If he comes, I’m going to punch him out.

“I’ve been waiting for this, for trespassing on Capitol grounds.
“I’m going to punch him out, and I’m going to go to jail, and I’m going to be happy.”
Pelosi also said in the video:
“Oh, my God, they’re just breaking windows or doing all kinds of — it’s really that somebody, they said somebody was shot.
“It’s just horrendous, and all at the instigation of the president of the United States.”
Enter Donald Trump:
“She’s a despicable person, very bad for the country. If i ever said that it would be a national scandal with her its not even a blip.
“And what about Biden saying take him to the back of the barn, you’d blow on him and he would blow over. She makes a statement like that and it is totally fine.”
“I hope he comes, I’m going to punch him out … I’m going to punch him out, I’m going to go to jail, and I’m going to be happy.”
