Fox News Trey Gowdy beat CNN host and former Fox News anchor Chris Wallace like a drum in their Sunday night showdown. ‘Sunday Night in America’ with Trey Gowdy finished in 67th place in original cable telecasts for Sunday.
‘Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace’ finished in 80th place losing to Gowdy’s show on Fox News for the second consecutive week. Wallace’s huge albatross-like contract looks like a terrible investment while the former GOP Rep should be in line for a raise if he keeps it up.
Last week Gowdy delivered 1.3 million viewers while Chris Wallace scored an anemic 401,000 viewers in his CNN premiere. Trey had 78k in the key 25-54 age demo while Wallace earned only 44,000 of the advertised coveted eyeballs.
